If I'm able to take on your commission, I'll get in touch to discuss your design in more detail, request any reference images or inspiration photos, confirm your preferences and provide a quote.
A $50 deposit is required to secure your commission and purchase your binder. This will be deducted from your final balance.

I'll create a rough sketch of your design for approval before painting begins. One round of revisions is included. Additional changes may incur a fee of $20–$50.
Once you've approved the sketch, I'll get started on your hand-painted binder! Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for completion, depending on the design and current workload.

6. Final Payment & Delivery
Once your binder is finished, I'll send through photos and arrange final payment. Your binder will be carefully packaged and shipped or made available for collection once the remaining balance has been paid.
